Greetings! This week in Civics you will do the first component of what will become the Partner Project. You will need to interview the member of your household about Grocery Shopping - while there is a number 9 for you to discuss with them, I don't need that information provided to me in the interview. YOU are writing their responses, NOT them (this is your assignment). If your schedule does not line up with a member of your household let me know and we'll talk groceries or I will see if someone else is available to chat groceries

Unit One Test This week we have the Unit One Test (yes, I know, already). The study guide is posted in Canvas and is not for a grade, but should be looked at to make sure you know the information. Due to our interdisciplinary project launching the same day as the test you should ask any questions you have BEFORE the day of the test. We will take the test as soon as we enter the room.

Unit Two We are moving into Unit Two this week, as well as wrapping up Unit One. Enlightenment Thinkers is our first note sheet for Unit Two. While Unit Two is longer than Unit One it is only slightly longer, so another test is soon approaching. If you have not filled in your Political Ideologies Quiz yet, please make sure you have that done by the beginning of this week. All projects for the semester get assigned at the beginning and our first Civics Project is approaching in addition to the Interdisciplinary one.

Questions? E-mail me at kemiller@gaston.k12.nc.us Thank you for your time!
