WUnit Six Vocabulary Quiz; Partner Project - Mortgage

FFederal Branches Test (Units 4-6)

Greetings! We testing the Federal Branches on FRIDAY of this week whether in Cohort A or Cohort B. Please make sure you look over the study guide before the test day so that you are prepared. This is the last test of this nine weeks. You will have a quiz on the Court Cases next week on Monday so it is important not only for your Federal Branches Test to know them, but also because you have a quiz on Monday for them too.

Partner Project This week on Wednesday after your Vocabulary Quiz, you and your partner need to set aside time to look at houses on realtor.com or zillow.com (or any other tool you'd like). There is a worksheet to complete. This will allow you to know how much money you need to come out of your wages for the house each month to cover your mortgage, property taxes, and home owners insurance. If you set aside money each money towards your property taxes they won't catch your finances off guard at the end of the year when they become due.

End of the Grading Period is March 16th! We have this week, one day next week (that is remote) and that's the end of the grading period. The week of March 15th will be going on the new nine weeks because things will be synced to the gradebook at the end of the week. So next week's remote work is the last assignment for this nine weeks. Please make sure you complete your work on Monday - it's a remote learning day.
